The renders ended up coming out super dark, but since they took so long for 3d Studio to render out, I didn't have time to re-render them before the 3d Environment final. Gotta work on the lighting so I don't have INSANE rendering times and I need to desaturate and obscure the stained glass windows. I think I'll need to go back to multiple volume lights rather than one large, stretched out, direct volume light since I found out that was causing all the weird artifacts/shadows in my lighting.

The "Time Machine Room" for my thesis project. I need to add some more clutter and work on some of the textures, but this is definitely in the direction of what I wanted the room to be.

3D Character progress

Tomorrow before class at 4 I'll finish the model up, I've got a bit less than half the wire dreads and limb joints left to do. After that I'll start on as much unwrapping as I can before class though I don't think I'll get it finished since unwrapping is a pain in the butt. I might test out this new unwrapping program I downloaded though to see if it'll do the hard part for me.

Note, these are the not the colors of the character, just some colors I threw on for the modeling phase. Next comes unwrapping, texture painting, and then 3d sculpting.
